What is MyLinks?

MyLinks is a free app that lets you electronically gather, aggregate, manage, and share your medical records from all your providers and health care facilities in one convenient, secure location.

What's the difference between MyLinks and a patient portal?

MyLinks allows you to store all your data in one place instead of having your information fractured over multiple portals.

With MyLinks you can:

  • Share data with family members, caregivers, providers, or researchers to help manage your care
  • Give 24-hour, view-only access for remote healthcare/telemedicine visits
  • Connect your health devices to view your data in one place
  • Store and share advance directives, emergency contacts, and insurance information.

OPTION 1: I have an email invitation from York Hospital following a recent service visit (lab, imaging, ER, etc.)

 

  1. To get started, follow the link in your email invitation to the secure website, Allscripts. The preferred browsers are Chrome, Bing, or Firefox. 
  2. When prompted, enter your unique invitation code to begin the registration process.
  3. Answer questions and provide personal information to verify your records. NOTE: If your social security number (SSN) is not on your York Hospital account, enter 0000 instead of using the last four digits of your SSN. 
  4. Once your Allscripts Health Connect account is set up, you can visit the Allscripts Application Store to download the MyLinks app that will enable you to connect to your data.
